Access:
The Studio is accessed with a door PIN pad.
Your unique access PIN will be sent to you on the day of your arrival, and deactivated after your departure.
The black button on the inside of the door handle can be pressed to keep the door unlocked.
Please ensure that the door is locked and secured when departing for the day or at the end of your stay.
Several CCTV cameras are located around the property for the security of our family and guests.
There are no cameras inside the Studio and all cameras are position to ensure your privacy.
Please ensure that the door is not left open to prevent entry of vermin and wildlife.
A back-up key can be accessed on request an in the event of a PIN pad failure.
Carparking:
Please feel free to park under cover, utilising the carpark closest to The Studio during your stay.
The driveway is shared with our neighbours to the rear and must be kept clear at all times.
Smoking:
Strictly no smoking inside of the room. An outdoor seating area with ash trays is provided.
Internet/WiFi:
The Studio utilises our property’s NBN Superfast Fixed Wireless connection via a dedicated, private guest access point.

Provisions:
We provide complimentary tea and coffee provisions for all guests, and some pantry basics.
Our kitchen is stocked with a variety of cooking utensils and consumables for you to make full use of during your stay.
Toilet paper, period products, and showering items are located in the ensuite cupboard.
Dishwashing cloths, scourers, liquid, and paper towel are located in the freestand cupboard under the chopping boards.
If you require any additional quantities of these consumables, please contact us and we will provide without charge.
Our tap water is treated mains water and is fit for direct consumption. Hot water is supplied by a dedicated instantaneous LPG system.
Wine:
We produce wine under our very own wine label, REL vit oeno brew.
Please help yourself to a complimentary bottle from the wine rack.

We would love to provide you with an in-room, winemaker lead tasting if you prefer.
Appliances:
Cooling: a portable refrigerative airconditioner is located in the room and has three functions: fan, cool, dehumidify. The cooler vents through the window, and condensate collects in the tub behind the mirror.
Heating: a portable fan heater is located in the room, stored next to the wardrobe when not in use. Please do not place any items on top of the heater – fire hazard.
* Our property has a solar system – please feel free to leave heating/cooling running on a low setting during the day while out to keep the room at a comfortable temperature.
Cooking: freestanding electric induction cook top, grill, and oven. Please ensure the range hood is turned on when in use. Microwave and toaster located in kitchen.
Television: smart TV – Netflix and Prime Video subscriptions included. No terrestrial ariel connection – for free-to-air stations, please stream using the corresponding app. The TV is on a hinge mount that can be turned for in-bed viewing.
Hairdryer: located in tub in ensuite cupboard.
Iron: located in wardrobe with bench-top ironing board.
Safety & First Aid:
In the event of a medical emergency, dial 000 from any phone in Australia.
A first aid kit is located in the wardrobe for your convenience.
Several Species of venemous snakes are native to our region – any suspected snake bite should be treated as a medical emergency.
The room is fitted with hard-wired smoke detectors. A fire extinguisher is located by the door and a fire blanket on the side of the kitchen dresser.
The Adelaide Hills is a High Bushfire Risk Area.
The Fire Danger Season is between 1st Nov and 30th Apr. Restrictions and penalties apply.
In the event of a bushfire or catastrophic bushfire conditions, our survival plan is to Evacuate.
We regularly monitor fire conditions and liaise with our guests accordingly.
However we encourage our guests to check and refer to the SA Country Fire Service (CFS) for all danger ratings, bans, restrictions, and active fire info at: http://cfs.sa.gov.au/
Waste:
General waste, recycling, and container deposit bins are located next to the carpark area.
A compost bin is provided in the kitchen for food scraps and organic waste.
Meadowbrook uses an aerobic waste treatment system – please only flush toilet paper.
Please place all other hygiene items (used tissues, sanitary products, nappies, etc) in the bathroom or kitchen bin.
Check In/Out:
We can accommodate a wide range of arrival and departure times to suit our guests requirements.
We endeavour to have the room ready for a mid-morning arrival, and include a mid-afternoon late checkout as standard.
